Sally Flann (Stell) - 'Cello, Piano and Double Bass
Sally Flann is highly respected as a chamber musician and soloist. Sally began her cello studies at her childhood home in Dorset, and at the age of 12 won a place at Chetham’s School of Music in Manchester. She was awarded a scholarship to study at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, graduating as the winner of a major ‘cello prize, and then continued her studies with Johannes Goritzki at the Robert Schumann Institute in Dusseldorf. Sally is an experienced chamber musician and has given recitals and concerts throughout the UK and Germany. She plays regularly with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra and is a member of Dorchester Piano Quartet, who perform regularly in the county.
