At Wessex Schools Music, we believe that music education should be available to all, irrespective of personal circumstances.  If you require financial assistance to access instrumental lesson or ensembles, please consider applying to one of the organisations below.

The schools within the Wessex MAT may provide some support for music lessons for children in receipt of Pupil Premium funding.  Please let us know if your child is in receipt of Pupil Premium funding when you apply and we will discuss funding options with you.

Changing Key Dorset

Changing Key is a Dorset charity (which has replaced the previous Richard Ely charity), that can provide financial support for young people to help towards musical activities.

Awards for Young Musicians

The organisation, 'Awards for Young Musicians' gives annual awards of £200 - £2000 to talented young musicians to help towards music costs.
