Oleg Zaremskyi - Flute, Clarinet, Sax

Picture
I am a passionate professional musician who has travelled and performed all around the world to a variety of ages and cultures with many different styles of music.

Born in Ukraine I studied music from an early age. Both of my parents being professional musical college teachers and concert pianists meant that I would always be supported and pushed to achieve as much as I could.

I started by learning Piano and very quickly took up the Clarinet, which eventually lead onto playing with the National Philharmonic of Ukraine, and many other Ukraine Orchestras. I was very lucky to be able to perform with Troika Productions in the Sound of Music and Cinderella in Asia.

When I turned 18 I decided I wanted to take up the saxophone and there started the love for another instrument. Playing with The Kiev Saxophone Quartet of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine and then going on to create my own Saxophone Quartet SaxKings in which we toured and played in Dubai.
I then decided to take up the flute, so I could be able to travel and perform as part of a cruise ship entertainment team and started this venture in 2012. Working with Norwegian Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Playing so many styles of music, with so many guest entertainers where you are given the music in the morning and play the show in the afternoon or evening, became the norm. A new challenge everyday, it was great!   Onboard I met my wife to be, a dancer from England.  I moved to England in February 2017 and after we got married, I started performing and teaching in Dorset and beyond.
